The Well Project is Honored to Welcome Our New Stakeholder Liaison, Bridgette Picou, LVN

The Well Project is thrilled to introuduce Bridgette Picou, LVN in a new staff position - the Stakeholder Liaison for The Well Project, which includes expanding The Well Project’s partnerships with and education for health care providers. Bridgette began her tenure with The Well Project in 2019 when she became a blogger for A Girl Like Me and our community immediately responded to her strong, brilliant voice. She joined our community advisory board in 2020 and earlier this year became CAB co-chair. In addition to her work with The Well Project, Bridgette has been certified as an AIDS Care Nurse (ACLPN), received the 2022 Patrick Kenny Certified Nurse of the Year award, and serves as the President‐elect of the Greater Palm Springs Chapter of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care (ANAC). “We are honored and excited to welcome Bridgette to The Well Project team,” said Krista Martel, The Well Project Executive Director. “Bridgette’s combined experience and perspective as a health care provider and a woman living with HIV makes her the perfect person to initiate the new role of Stakeholder Liaison.” Please join us in welcoming Bridgette to her full-time role with The Well Project!
