I enjoyed reading your blog and give you thanks for mentioning my brother, Stephen. He was a true pioneer and is missed by many. I'm looking forward to reading more of your blogs. Margo
...here I am again David. Thanks for replying to my first email. Sorry to see your boyfriend left you; did not know that. Boy, what a loss for him! You stated I probably have a story of my own; well I do. HIV+ for 21 years, lost my first lover of 18 yrs. to this damn disease in 1990...he was my every breath of life's sweet air...went on to lose 38 close friends...feel today like my mind is on channel "3"...all snow and noise...bet you understand??? Bill
I just read some of your website as well as this entry. It made me feel terrified and encouraged, sad and happy all at once. So, thank you.
Great blog! I admire your honesty and humor. Growing up in the harsh environs and depressed economic climate of upstate NY gives us resiliency! Keep on keepin' on!
As someone who read your website from first click to last pixel, I'm not surprised that your blog is equally as amusing. We may be polar opposites in many ways...I couldn't dress myself even if you got me those animal-coded clothes from McSuperStore...but we share an enthusiasm for survival and growth. Neat how something life-threatening can be a factor in bringing people together. I can't wait to read more.
...loved it, David! once again, fab reading material... :)
Hey David! It's Alex from the barbecue, the one who said I'm applying for that set of apartments above the bicycle store. I post in the discussion forums as "allopathicholistic". Look for me hunny :) Glad to know you're a blogger here on POZ and you're liking what you do in the office.

Thanks for keep on giving the community a peace of your mind. It does help, believe me. Much Care, Jerry
