No mention of BUTTLINERS (what I call female or insertive condoms) which are stronger and more pleasurable than standard condoms, and most importantly for older men, ERECTION INDEPENDENT! Why doesn't any one ever talk about them?
My parent lives in senior living where each resident has their own apartment. I hear stories about neighbors dating and having sex with each other. Many are in their nineties and going strong. If the men need a hand we have Viagra. Of course it's hard to imagine if you are younger, but wouldn't you want to still be able to experience intimacy and sexual pleasure if you are still physically able to when we are older?
I don't wear a condom because these days I bottom. I prefer my partners wear one but in the heat of the moment I find myself being barebacked occasionally, especially at group parties by other POZs.

Yes, very important work to be done in this area. I spent many years having both protected and unprotected sex in the New York City area and the San Francisco Bay Area and avoided HIV until I was 62. It can happen to anyone. John
