dave ur fatigue is caused by weak liver that is showing itself not by your hectic schedule constipation and watery eyes and inability to digest food easily or burping should be some other symptoms for it.staying away from hot food and hot drinks(hot tea or hot coffee) fried food like potatoes ie french fries and meats are some of natural ways to keep u healthy taking raw coconut juice and green locke juice should keep u cool inside and vigrous walking exercise to strengthen ur liver ice compresses on feet and hand for 3 hours daily should reveal stinging pain on liver points(reflexolog)massaging regularly on the liver area should reveal strong aches on that area whhich should disappear after a while with regular massage .god bless

Hey Dave, I couldn't agree with you more. As with you, the night of the election I felt the same way. After meeting Senator Obama with my work at AARP and Divided We Fail, I felt his passion and also heard his words for people with HIV and AIDS. He has made promises of increases to Ryan White funding and a domestic HIV/AIDS policy. I also understand your fatigue. Being poz since the early 80s, I wish I still had the energy of my 20s or 30s. I often wish I had a double so one of me could rest and concentrate on my health while the other does activism. You can easily end up playing a fine line of exhaustion and trying to meet deadlines and events. Remember the most important thing is your health. We need more activists like you in our country but your health comes first. Wishing you health, hope and happiness. Big bear hug, Daddy Dab
