Stop mutilating men's genitals! There is no medial reason to mutilate a man's penis to stop HIV. The madness of thinking that MGM (Male Genital Mutilation) is an acceptable practice but that FGM (Female Genital Mutilation) is unacceptable has to stop. Yes, FGM removes far more of a female's genitals than MGM in that MGM is the removal of half of the tissue of the erogenous penis tissue and FGM can remove all erogenous tissue. But the excuse that you only partially mutilate the male is nonsense.
