My ex was allergic, hence "Wishihadacat".
I loved Festus and it always bothered me that Matt and Miss Kitty didn't kiss (I was around 10). I plan on making a rather stunning (if somewhat more rounded) Miss Kitty on this coming halloween which is how I found your blog. Why do you wish you had a cat? Are you perhaps sadly allergic? How did your court case go? Do you even remember at this point?
We watch Gunsmoke every afternoon on WGN (Chicago). I'm sure Miss Kitty and Matt were lovers. She was referred to as "his woman" in several shows and he never refuted it. When she left to go home to New Orleans as the series came to an end, he didn't follow her oddly enough.

i've watched gunsmoke for as long as i can remember.we have several channels to watch here in va. we have it on wgn,tv land and of course encore westerns, which is my favorite. i also listened to gunsmoke on the old radio shows,which you can still get on satelite radio.i like mostly the old black and white shows. not much tv like that anymore.
