Great article. Definitely a big issue and one that doesn't get talked about much as the influence sometimes is very subtle. I think there is a fear of holding our leaders accountable because of our concern for our community. But this shows how important it is. Hope you are able to follow up and that the discussion continues. I know the cost of challenging our leaders.

I am one of the many who was on Truvada for years. I am grateful I did not die but I did develop severe osteoporosis. Now I am on Biktarvy. I am saddened and disheartened that still money is more important than lives and chronic pain.
