Yeah, lacking a good sense of humor, is a real turn off. Nevertheless "Mr.Big Kahuna" 's got a point. Hi by the way, So David, what will you do for fun during xmas,? when you're opening your gifts already! Im here in a cold Sweden. With one eye on the Tv and glancing through my emails with the other, I wast just gonna go off-line when I saw your blog. Apart from having been hiv+ for ever and ever, in common with you I, for the first time in ages, felt like responding (or "posting a comment" in blog language)to anything. Good on you David !! The last time I had the sudden urge to write to anybody, was after watching an interview, with Gregory David Roberts, the author of Shantaram. But thats another story entirely, that I might share some day. My fingers are stiff from the cold and moments like these, are good reminders, to why I dont live here anymore. For the past 23 years, Ive lived on a beautiful little island in the Philippines. Coincidently, I moved there when I first found out, that I was positiv. Moving there, had nothing to do with the fact of suddenly being doomed, given a death sentense or whatever you would call it back then. No, in fact I had discovered the place about a year earlier. I also met a wonderful man from Spain, whom I later married on that same paradise island. We built a house together, were he passed away in -92 and where I still live, til this day. Im back here in my freezing home country, visiting my parents and brother and working (trying to) a bit with my jewelry business. As much as I love my parents and brother dearly, its time to move on; to where the sun shines, and I can think more clearly. I will check in with you sometime again David, but gotta-go-defrost-my-fingers first. Until then, keep up the good work and have an I-phone free and merry christmas Annika
