Trump Administration Slashes, Then Restores, Mental Health and Substance Use Grants

Thank God the cuts were restored. We would be going back to the dark ages ! Thanks to everyone that fought against this terrible archaic decision. As it is right now it is hard enough to help individuals in need. Cutting funding would make us into a third world country quickly.
