Problem is the black population as a whole, not just those who are black and Same-gender loving, are crippled by internalized homophobia and shame and secrecy around topics pertaining to safer sex and hiv treatment protocols. It's not just a matter of making the medications available, for effective long-term improvement, outreach must address the basics of the psycho-social aspects of shame and fear surrounding gay sexuality.
