Pzbut?

As someone with HIV for nearly 40 years, my question is this.. you are not transmissible as long as you take your medication daily/ or as required. What if you are in a combat zone and you drop your pills or the local medic cannot get to you. One can also say that trans who are dependent on hormone shots. Diabetics who are dependent for daily medication/ or as required are not allowed to serve. It is not just an LGBT problem.
