This author failed to give the correct background on this state and their laws. Indiana was the home of Ryan White, a teenage boy who had leukemia, needed transfusions, and got AIDS through donated blood. Transfusions were his lifeline, unfortunately a new disease found it's way to him and other's. He was national news and a movie was made for him. It's the way a community and state rallied around one of their own. He was innocent on two counts.
