Since the Red Cross did not screen for it, anyone that received a blood transfusion probably was exposed. I was after a car accident
How bout when we all got shots with the same needle guns they used. Military shots too. I’m sure that had to pass on some blood born things

Im gettn Maveret 100Mg/40Mg for 8 weeks. I wanna hear bout side effects, plz. Im healty male 68, jog, diet good etcetc. Still working. They say I got this over 25 years ago doing stupid stuff that I never did again. & it just now showed up….. never been operated on never hada transfusion. Lots of DDS
I probably got mine from sharing needles in 1972!
My first husband always swore he contracted Hep C from a dental procedure. He passed several years ago from liver cancer.
A hospital gave it to me in 1990 when they operated on me for Cancer. Then they lied by telling me it was an STD. I had never heard of Hep. C. I had to go home and tell my Wife that I might have given her a fatal STD when I was innocent. Imagine what that did for my marriage. Then, years later, Pharma shakes me down for $100K for the cure. Yeah, I'll take your vaccine.
That’s how my Dad contracted HepC. Blood transfusion in the early 1960s.
