Wow, Bridgette Picou’s story is seriously inspiring. She didn’t just navigate her own HIV diagnosis—she turned it into a mission to help others. The way she went from feeling like just another number in the healthcare system to becoming a nurse and fierce advocate for women living with HIV is incredible. What really stuck with me is how she stresses the importance of speaking up for yourself, finding good healthcare, and not settling for less. And I love that she’s all about breaking stigma.
