Removal of the last HIV-specific reference in the PA Criminal Code is something many have worked toward for years. But the provisions in this bill are terrible, which is why no organization, alliances coalition or individual activists who've worked to decriminalize HIV in PA supported the bill. Many have condemned its provisions that now conflate forced trafficking victims with consensual sex work and heighten other prostitution-related penalties. Article might be more clear about this.
