I have had HIV/AIDS for 20yrs and i have a very serious hearing loss i have to ask people to speek loud so i can understand them i would like to know how to get into this study program hearing loss and HIV/AIDS.?

I have noticed hearing loss, my doctors on the East Coast never make a note about it or even act like they are interested when I tell them. They get way better care on the WEST Coast, seems like they pay attention better. I am moving!!
