I feel like this deliberately overlooks the headwinds U=U faced. The large number supposed advocates who held it to impossible standards ("can never say no risk") and who kept dragging out red herrings ("live virus in the testes of UD men") are illustrative of institutionalized stigma that poz folks have complained about since this virus was first identified. The history of U=U...the WHOLE history...is a lot bigger and more meaningful than a few studies and some scientific consensus.
