Brian Your story is amazing and I applaud the courage you shown in writing this. Don't worry about your family, you will get many friends who could be family. I felt very sorry while reading this. Be strong person and enjoy the life.

Brian great article. I have had almost the same life experience. loss of family etc. great you have an ex to live with and help out it is harder when completely alone

Thank you Brian. Today is your birthday, 2025. I thought I would find you, via internet. Thank you for sharing. I knew a lot about ur story. I wish to apologize for part of that motorcycle trip and have been quite shameful all these years. My experiences on that trip still travel w/me after all these years.
