If 80% of them don't know they have the disease, how does CDC know they have it?

I believe the C.D.C has a tendency to EXAGGERATE when it comes to black Americans, someone should make them explain how they come up with the numbers, I believe there on a smear campaign.
I am an African American woman, a senior citizen, and would like ot know how the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention came up with the percentage of 14 to 49 year old African American women who have herpes. Did CDCP test them all, and what is the actual number of women you are talking about?

WHy is there not more discussion of this INCURABLE and HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS medical condition affecting 50% of Black Women in the US> Someone should be sounding the alarm. Black women are especially vulnerable to this due to higher rates of HIV/AIDS and multiple sex partners, and lower monogamous/marriage rates. This is an OUTRAGE
